First aid from the Red cross have arrived in Venezuela. A plane with medicines and electricity generators on Board landed at the airport of Caracas, such as the Red cross via Twitter announced. The controversial President of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, had explained a week ago ready to help the International Committee of the Red cross (ICRC).
