Offered by Lidl No butter, no sugar, no flour, no cow’s milk. We let all the dikmakers left and make this ontbijtpannenkoekjes with banana, oats, honey and chia seed. Total not guilty, but it is a huge pleasure. What do you need? (for 2 to 3 persons)

2 ripe banana + extra to serve
1 egg
citroenzeste of half a lemon
150 ml amandeldrink
1 tbsp chia seed
1 teaspoon baking soda
snuf salt
100 g of oat flakes
2 tablespoons honey + extra to serve
coconut oil

this is how you make it:

1. Crush the bananas and put them together with the other ingredients, except the coconut oil, in a blender.
2. Blend to a smooth dough and let sit for about 10 minutes to thicken.
3. Heat some coconut oil in a non-stick pan, let the pan very hot and fry small pancakes in about 3 minutes, until golden brown on both sides. Work all the dough.
4. Serve with extra slices of banana and honey.
