“the Agency for youth and civilsamhällesfrågor (MUCF) appeal förvaltningsrättens judgment that it was error to deny Sweden’s young muslims (Sum) contributions. This is according to the authority’s press office.”
“At the beginning of February MUCF for the second time rebuffed in court after having denied the association’s contribution. MUCF acted after a critical report which, among other things, pointed out that there existed extremist sympathisers and activists in Sums local associations, and even overlaps to the våldsbejakande islamic environment. But the administrative court in Stockholm found that the association proved that it respects democracy’s ideas and that, therefore, there was no reason to reject the application for a grant for 2017.”
