A family from the Vollsmose will be thrown on the street, because the family’s son in 2015 threw firebombs and stones at police.

It tells the family’s lawyer, Niclas Kandemir, from the law firm Dickmeiss on the Eastern high court confirmation of the byrettens judgment to the Extra Blade.

Two other families were also in The high Court on Wednesday, where the court had to consider whether they should leave their homes.

here Also was byrettens ruling upheld, which means that they are allowed to be in the Odense district of Vollsmose.

– I’m really pleased with the judgment on behalf of my clients. Of course, I had wished that the last family could be living, but my assessment from the beginning was also that it was a case that couldn’t be won, says Niclas Kandemir to Ekstra Bladet.

the Family must be out of their apartment, which belongs to The non-Profit housing Association (FAB), 30. april, which the lawyer deems to be appropriate period of time.

According to the Ekstra the information is there in all of the cases talk about the somali families with children. Virtually all social and health challenges.

At the FAB is, however, far from equally happy with the outcome.

– We have been unsuccessful in a case and lose two, so we are obviously not happy, since we had expected to succeed in all three, says udlejningsselskabets director, Jacob Michaelsen, to Ekstra Bladet. Since then it has FAB been trying to get the families of the sons thrown on the street.

the Sons of the families had between four and eight months of prison in 2016, as they threw firebombs and stones at patruljerende officers in Vollsmose. It is the son, with the highest penalty, if the family is smoked on the street.

– As a building society we have really hard time to understand it, as we need to make some safe residential areas. What you are saying is that it is okay to get four months in prison for throwing firebombs at the police. It’s crazy, says Jacob Michaelsen, who now will try to get the decision through to the Supreme court.

None of the children live in day in Vollsmose.

– Why are you the family out, now when the sons are away?

– We would like to have, that they just are gone. But we can’t. We know that if we do not get the family out of the area, then come the sons most likely to be back, says Jacob Michaelsen from the FAB, and continues:

– We can see that it goes out over the rest of the family, but it is the only option we have. It is the best we can do for our area.
