An era is over.
After 42 years, the Rocky Balboa cast håndklæden in the ring.
It writes Sylvester Stallone in an emotional posting on his Instagram, where he finally says goodbye to his iconic character.
– I would like to thank everyone in the world, who have taken the Rocky family for over 40 years. It has been my great privilege to create and play this meaningful character. Although it is heartrending and sad – as life goes on, writes Sylvester Stallone on his Instagram.

In an accompanying video to his Instragram-lookup tells Sylvester Stallone that the tab goes on.
– I thought that it was over with Rocky in 2006. And I was fine with. But suddenly comes this young man (Michael B. Jordan, ed.), and the whole story changed, he says.

Sylvester Stallone refers to the ‘Creed’film, which tells the story of the retired Rocky Balboa, who is acting coach for the talent Adonis Creed.
’s Creed II’-the film therefore becomes the very last time you see Rocky Balboa. The film gets Danish premiere 20. december.

Before Sylvester Stallone got his break in 1976, he was a poor and homeless actor, who was sleeping on the various bus stations in New York city.
It all changed, when he saw a Mohammed Ali boxing match, which gave him the inspiration to write a boksefilm.
It was the beginning of the Rocky Balboa saga, and has since made eight films. Including two ‘Creed’movies.

But just because it’s the end of Rocky Balboa, so you can still experience John Rambo.
Sylvester Stallone are in a new Rambo movie, which will premiere in the course of 2019.
