Pete Shelley formed the Buzzcocks in 1976 in Manchester along with Howard Devoto, who however left the band after a short period of time. In the same year as the Buzzcocks debuted played the opening act for the Sex Pistols.
the Band broke up in 1981, but reunited eight years later and toured with among others, Pearl Jam and Nirvana.
According to the Buzzcocks website would be the band playing in Arnhem in the Netherlands on 14 december.
