When a Tornado came in the Cuban capital, Havana, at least three people were killed. 172 were injured, as Cuba’s President Miguel Díaz-Canel said in the short message service Twitter.
The storm had raged in the night to Monday is particularly strong in the southeastern district of Regla, Díaz-Canel. The storm have done a lot of damage.
The Tornado moved during a storm over the Western part of the Caribbean island. Wind gusts reached up to 100 kilometres an hour. Eye-witnesses reported trees uprooted and partly destroyed balconies, especially in the district of Luyano Havana. In addition to Luyano particularly Santos Suárez were affected, Via Blanca, and Chiba.

the head of state Diaz-Canel spoke of a weather phenomenon of the “great intensity”. The President got a picture of the destruction.
According to the official web portal Cubadebate, the strength of the tornado was a hurricane of the strength of four to five. The effects to be felt but at a much smaller space.
