the COPENHAGEN city COURT (Ekstra Bladet): ‘While the muslims are killed, and the religions are being raped. So hang we in the streets of Europe, Jihad is a compulsory duty’ and ‘This is maybe the last message you hear from me’ were just some of the alarming statements that were said in a barely three-minute-long Facebook video, which was presented in the Copenhagen city Court on Tuesday.

the main character in the video was a 31-year-old syrian man who is accused of the planning of the terror, the killings, and on Tuesday sitting on the dock.

Facebook-the video is just one of the evidence, as specialanklager Sonja Hedegaard use in court to convince the judges and jury that the 31-year-old acids 19. november 2016 intend to kill random people in Copenhagen.

He refuses the guilty.

Along with the one already on the all games 22-year-old acids, Dieab Khadigah, and an as yet unknown perpetrator, the public prosecutor’s view that the 31-year-old had planned a terrorist attack in Copenhagen. The attacks were never redeemed, as the 22-year-old, Dieb Khadigah, was arrested on the day, where the attack was planned.

In his backpack he had 17.460 matches, 17 batteries, six walkie-talkier, a box of fireworks, as well as two kitchen knives with a blade of 18 centimeters. The contents of the backpack should be used to build a bomb and kill random people.

Dieb Khadigah is now serving a sentence of six years and six months in Germany, where he was arrested and prosecuted.

The 31-year-old now accused was not arrested on the same day. When the defendants were arrested by Swedish police in Malmö, it was not in connection with this terrorist case, but in the light of a suspected arson of a shia mosque in Sweden.

the Defendants were acquitted of the arson, since the courts did not consider that the evidence was sufficient. Yet the Swedish trial is far from extraneous to the prosecution today in court in Copenhagen.

It emerged from the specialanklager Sonja Hedegaard’s production of the proceedings in the district Court in Copenhagen.

Despite the weak evidence for brandstiftelsen, beat the Swedish court established that the 31-year-old acids, quite obviously harbored sympathies for the Islamic State.

It was determined in a wide range of evidence during the trial.

the Extra Leaf has read the Swedish judgment, which, among the evidence was a Facebook chat between the 31-year-old and his mother, in which she expressed concern for his son’s behavior.

He wrote to his mother that he ‘was a soldier of the state (IS own name for the caliphate, red), that he was struggling, and that his life in Europe was jihad and not play’.

He wrote to his mother that he will carry out jihad, where he is located:

– We need to kill the whole world, for God is being grown 100 percent. If 99 percent cultivate him, then we will continue to kill for 100 percent cultivate him, wrote the 31-year-old.

The 31-year-old accused lived in the pre-trial detention in a Swedish refugee centre, where he sought asylum in Sweden with his wife and son.

the Son was unfortunately slain in a car accident in 2015, soon after the family had come to Sweden.

According to the specialanklager Sonja Hedegaard, a number of witnesses in the case be people who were close to the defendants on the flygtningecenteret and who can testify that the accused had sympathy for the Islamic State.

the Case will run until 5. march, where the expected judgment.
