It is the magazine the Wall Street Journal that reveals how Cohen paid the 50,000 dollars to an it firm to get it to affect the two web-based surveys.
The man who received money for their services was John Gauger, owner of the it company Red Finch Solutions LLC. Gauger says to the Wall Street Journal that he tried to influence the two online surveys for that they would give Donald Trump a higher poll.

”If there is something that we have been able to conclude so it is that Michael Cohen is completely unreliable,” said Giuliani in a comment to the Wall Street Journal.
