Royalty The Court of Appeal in Brussels has decided that Albert (84) a DNA test has to undergo to prove whether or not he is the father of Delphine Boël (50). They both have at that time a “sad and difficult” marriage, declares she later in an interview. Sybille agrees with him so that he is in Athens. “At the end of his holiday he wanted to dance.
