A former leader of a christian militia in the central African republic (CAR) has been arrested in France suspected of war crimes and crimes against humanity, according to the International criminal court (ICC) in the Hague. Patrice-Edouard Ngaissona is the second of the militia leaders who have been arrested in a short time.
