For 10 days since the Olympic flame arrived in Marseille, it has continued to travel the roads of France. This Friday, the flame was in Haute-Garonne where it began its journey in Revel then reached Villemur-sur-Tarn. After a visit to Muret, the Flame went to Rieux-Volvestre. The day continued in Colomiers then Bagnères-de-Luchon, before ending in the pink city, Toulouse.

Saturday May 18, she will arrive in Gers, nicknamed little Tuscany. Its journey will begin in L’Isle-Jourdain, then Mirande and Fleurance. Before heading towards Marciac and Condom. Finally the flame will head towards Nogaro before ending its day in Auch.

Several personalities will have the honor of carrying the flame on this route. This will notably be the case of Anthony Jelonch, player of the French rugby team and Stade Toulousain. French international footballer Valérie Gauvin will also be there, as will Christophe Kempé, former handball player who won an Olympic medal in Beijing in 2008. Loetitia Moussard-Loubens, former player for the French women’s basketball team will also carry the flame.
