Arcom announced Wednesday a new sanction of 500,000 euros against C8 because of a sequence of the program “Touche pas à mon poste” by Cyril Hanouna, during which a guest had notably mentioned the consumption of an alleged drug made from children’s blood by VIPs.

The remarks in question, for some stemming from a conspiracy theory, were “likely to infringe the rights” of the persons concerned, as well as “respect for their honor and their reputation”, explained in a press release the regulator, also pointing to a lack of control of the antenna.
