The increase in the price of housing in the city of Seville in the third quarter of the year reached 4% in year-on-year variation, although it registered a fall of -1% compared to the previous quarter, only ahead of Toledo (-1.2 %) in this magnitude. Thus, the average cost per square meter reaches 1,959 euros, tenth in the national ranking, which represents a variation of 28.8% from the minimum.

In the breakdown by district, Los Remedios and Casco Antiguo, two of the noblest areas of the town, experienced the greatest interannual variation, 7.1% and 6.6%, respectively. Casco Antiguo leads the list of prices in the capital of Seville with 2,900 euros/m2 of housing, followed precisely by Los Remedios, with 2,590 euros/m2.

Only two other districts exhibit values ​​above 2,000 euros: Nervión, where they reach 2,461 euros/m2, with a year-on-year drop of -0.2%, and Triana, where their 2,438 euros represent a rise of 4.8%. Together with Nervión, only the South district has also seen its prices drop (-0.3%), with an average cost of 1,914 euros/m2.

Significant have been the growths of Este-Alcosa-Torreblanca (4.2%) and Palmera-Bellavista (3.8%), where acquiring a property requires the respective disbursement of 1,578 and 1,841 euros/m2. In the Macarena district, the third with the lowest prices (1,522 euros/m2), the year-on-year variation was 1.9%, only one tenth below North (2%), the second cheapest to become a homeowner (1,380 euros/m2).

They close the table of positive increases, in both cases with an increase of 0.8%, San Pablo-Santa Justa, where the average value of real estate reaches 1,887 euros/m2; and Cerro-Amate, where the cheapest neighborhoods are located: 1,167 euros/m2.
