“A million Asus-computers may have been hacked”
“Over a million computers by brand Asus may have been hacked in an attack that took place between June and november of last year, according to the moscow-Based internetsäkerhetsföretaget Kaspersky lab.”
“the Attack occurred when hackers managed to get malicious code by hijacking the enterprise system for software updates. The attack should have given the hackers access to the affected computers. Kaspersky lab says that they informed Asus about the attack in January and that they also have helped with the investigation of the incident.”
“Asus, which has not yet commented on the matter, shall make a statement on Tuesday.”
