In the Dutch city of Utrecht is more people have been injured after a shooting incident, writes police on Twitter.

De Telegraaf has spoken with Jimmy they Cost, who was an eyewitness to the incident, which unfolded on the square, called 24. October.

I came from my job when it happened. I stand by the traffic lights on the 24. October square, where I see a woman lying on the ground, which I think is between 20 and 35 years old. At the time I heard three times shot. Four men walked very quickly towards her, and tried to pull her away, and then I heard three shots again. The guys slap the woman again. But it was all very chaotic, says the Cost.
