A dog owner in Storfors has cleared of suspicion of animal cruelty after putting his dog in a bag and thrown in a rubbish bin, reports local media. The prosecutor wanted according to the indictment make it to animal cruelty because the dog been tied up, but the Värmlands district court held that it was not possible to prove, writes P4 Värmland.

According to the dog owner found the dog livslös after having been lost for a day and in a panic she threw it in the trash instead of calling the vet. The dog was not dead but was found by a person who would throw garbage. The people who found the dog still has a hand on it.
