Abroad An American woman has testified about how last month in the nick of time to death, escaped when she was buried by an avalanche. Meagan Hunt was at home a book for reading in the ski resort in New Mexico where she worked, when she suddenly a strange sound is heard. “It sounded like snow that the roof falls, but then louder. When I looked out of the window through the window above my bed, I saw trees and snow on me. After that everything was dark.”
Hunt was never a great lover of the winter, so she tells her poignant story on the news site HuffPost. In recent years she moved to a warm destination in the darkest months of the year, but last year she decided the cold again to give a chance. And she applied for a job as a cook in a ski resort in Taos, New Mexico.

On march 13, it went wrong. The ski resort was already three days lashed by a blizzard, and because all of the ski lifts that afternoon, close by the severe weather and there are hardly any people outside, decided to Hunt at home, cozy with a book in bed. Because what was safer? the
