Nissan e-NV200 came four years ago with a range of theoretical 170 kilometers. At the time, was the argument that now began to look like something useful.

We have tested the new e-NV200 with the 40 kWh battery, which brings the scope up on the theoretical 301 kilometres – at least according to Nissan’s own statements. But the message has not changed: It is beginning to look like something useful.

Varebilen still have a too upright sitting position, which favors drivers far below the nordic average height approximately. But the car’s starting point, NV200, is made more supple and workable, so it lends itself even more to work in the cities.

This is good news for the electric version, which really comes into its own on urban conditions with low speed and a lot of start and stop.

Not only for the flippers
When the car’s new 40 kWh battery is fully charged, the display shows a range of about 280 kilometers. The old boasted 170 kilometers, and although both figures are completely out in the theoretical hemp, where the radio is turned off, and the indoor environment is left to the outside temperature, so that is progress clearly.

the Nissan e-NV200 is now so far in its development that it no longer only caters to freaked nerds, municipalities and companies with a bad conscience.

the Weakness is still the same: Air conditioning, high-speed and heavy read. All the cardinal points in a typical varebilsbrugers everyday life.

Turn on the air conditioner, and the scope will immediately take a proper dive. It costs about 10 percent of the potential, which with a fully charged battery is the equivalent of about 30 kilometers.

The same happens when you load the vehicle up to full capacity, which for the Nissan e-NV200 is synonymous with about 700 pounds of payload. And running you out on the highway and kicking the car up to 130 km/h., so chew the theory as a affaldskværn.

On a cold winter day with a full blast of heat you get hardly more than 100 miles out of the drive. So even if ‘the tank’ has become larger, it requires to remain a part wisely to run an electric van. However, the larger range lowers yet the stress levels considerably behind the steering wheel, and it is here, the Nissan e-NV200 slowly begins to shine with the big battery.

100 realistic miles with the old 24 kWh battery has been to 180-200 kilometres with the new. It means that you are no longer quite so forhippet to put it in the outlet in the evening. Most will have enough for a couple of days or more on one charge. the

the Battery in the Nissan e-NV200 can be charged 75 percent up to a half an hour, so with a little planning, the car will certainly also be able to cross the island of Funen, in lastbilsporet.

The larger battery, however, creates a small challenge, if it becomes necessary to charge the car with the ‘mormorkablet’ to a standard wall outlet. Namely, it can take up to 20 hours or more depending on the amperage to charge the battery from 0 to 100 percent here.

But the Nissan e-NV200 is still the best bet for an electric van in the day. The 4.2 cubic metres load area, a reasonable payload and fine, access through both rear and side doors together with the tolerable range of the car to a competitive alternative to the diesel engines.

Forces, there are also enough of in the electric motor that makes 109 horsepower and has a torque, which causes it to load more quickly from the land than most of the sporty GTI.

The only thing you as a buyer therefore needs to know is that the range on a regular business day is at the 180 kilometers, prices start by the button 230.000 Danish kroner plus vat, and that you never need to spend time on that thought. It only takes a minute to put the plug in the evening and take it out again in the morning.
