If Michael Falch will one day be tired of playing music, he may be bank manager.
He knows at least how to get a sum of money to grow tremendously.
The 62-year-old rockveteran has recently written on the sale of its 195 square meters large villa with sea view to the south of Korsør.

– It was the price we had asked, and there were more buyers, then it just went quiet and calm and nice, says Michael Falch, who was busy writing a new song, en Ekstra Bladet caught up with him over the phone.
He put the house up for sale in July, and it was already sold in august, but the new deed was only registered in the last week.
Michael Falch and his girlfriend, Anita Olsen, gave 3.5 million dollars in 2011 for the property, which is in the traditional style of the building and recently got a new thatched roof.
Lystejendommen has four acres of land and a view out over the great belt. The house has a balcony, kitchen-dining room and terrace with views to the water. In total, it contains six rooms.
