The StepStone salary report 2023 is therefore also attracting a lot of attention from a monetary point of view. It is the largest report of its kind in the German-speaking world and thus creates transparency for employees that they could only dream of before.
If you take all this data together, a normal person in Germany currently earns 43,800 euros gross per year. In an occupational group, on the other hand, it is 93,800 euros.
