Two cyclists lost in Cazorla (Jaen) yesterday afternoon by the Arroyo de Los Almizaranes were rescued today by the Civil Guard. They are in good health.

Yesterday at 6:10 pm, the 112 emergency services received a call from athletes who said that they were lost while traversing the Sierra La Cabrilla in Cazorla.

They confirmed their condition in the same call. They had water and warm clothing, but they couldn’t go down.

The coordinating centre activated the Civil Guard and Local Police, as well as the Public Health Emergency Company (EPES)

The Civil Guard confirmed to 112 that both the male and female cyclists are in good health. However, one of them is showing signs of exhaustion.
