An adventure anonymous consumer seemed, however, that it was just lawful festive, so he took three pictures and sent them to Fødevarekontrollen with this complaint:

’Hello. I am writing as a concerned consumer who davlig looks to Dallevalle in Amagercentret often receive their cooling / ferskvare between the hours of 9:00 & 9:30, and often stand outside for up to 2 hours before they are packed out / taken in, often I can see which are the animals and especially the damage that stutters in the products, I am very concerned about what happens to these goods after they are packed out, I am talking here not only about a single product but several which the birds f.the ex has to be in.’

A week after advancing Fødevarekontrollen out and gave the Dalle Valle a penalty for it, which the consumer had documented:

’It indskærpes that food must be protected against pollution. The following is found: A cage with food, including brieost, has stood by the back door for so long that an injury has chopped in brieosten’, stands in an audit report.

But according to Dalle Valles communications manager, Stine Pedersen, either the notifier or the Fødevarekontrollen right.

She argues, namely, that the goods have been left in the vareindleveringen two times and not many times, such as the notifier claims.

– We can demonstrate that the supplier in both cases was contacted, that the goods were discarded, and that the café received a credit note from the supplier, because the café was not at fault in that it did not get the message that the goods had been delivered, she says.

Dalle Valle will now complain about indskærpelsen to the Fda. The argument is that the cafe actually responded to that the goods had been left unattended and outside of the keel.

Stine Pedersen adds that Fødevarekontrollen under the same supervision criticised that there was too hot in some kølefaciliteter at Dalle Valle, but it says nothing about in the inspection report.

On the husskaden

Husskaden is a very common and easily recognizable Danish breeding bird. It has been called the Nordic paradisfugl pga. the black-and-white plumage with metallic luster on the wings and on the very long tail. Its catchy call consists of a scratchy teams-teams-teams.

In Denmark are found mostly in the cities, especially in the metropolitan area.

Husskaden is something near omnivores. It is notorious for empty birds ‘ nests for eggs and chicks, and many have assigned to the bird, it has a very negative effect on the amount of breeding birds in the gardens.
