On the former Air-Berlin-a major shareholder Etihad to a potentially billion-dollar lawsuit rolls. The insolvency administrator of Air Berlin, Lucas Flöther, has filed at the regional court of Berlin, an action for damages on the first 500 million Euro against the Arab airline, as the court confirmed on Friday.
