Economy Nine unemployed at the Erasmus University Rotterdam for the first laser cut to have their tattoos on the face, neck or hands free of charge to have it removed. The next two years they and others have a series of treatments must undergo in order to achieve the desired result.
It is an initiative of the foundation Regrets Tattoo, and the university. Research has shown that many of the people regret of a tattoo, but often do not have the money had to get rid of it.
