200 g cooked beetroot
400 g lentils (canned)
200 g havermoutvlokken

2 garlic cloves, pressed
2 eggs
handful of basil leaves
4 volkorenbroodjes/bread
1 avocado, sliced
200 g feta cheese, in slices
1 bag of lamb’s lettuce
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
salt
this is how you make it:
1. Cut the beetroot small. Do the beets along with the onion, the garlic, the lentils, the basil, the eggs and the olive oil in a blender and mix until smooth. Stir in the havermoutvlokken through, season with the cayenne pepper and the salt and leave for 30 minutes to rest.
2. Make with damp hands 4 balls of the mixture. Heat a dash of olive oil in a pan, place the balls and press them flat with a spatula. Fry the burgers on both sides light brown.
3. Cut the rolls open. Toppings with a little lettuce, the bietenburger, slices of avocado, slices of feta and again, what is lamb’s lettuce. Drop the olive oil over and close to the citizens. Serve immediately.
