the Passengers in the subway in New York was something of a shock when a man began kicking and beating an elderly woman in the face, who sat on a seat in the train.
The violent incident happened in the beginning of march, and several of the passengers on the train videotaped the violence, which has since gone viral on the social media.
Now 36-year-old Marc Gomez, who works at a restaurant in the city, arrested and charged with assault. It writes multiple media, including the Daily Mail.

In the video looks like, that the elderly woman of 78 years doesn’t do anything to provoke the violence, and she’s trying to protect themselves, while the assault is on.
Although several recorded the incident, there was no one who decided to help the woman.
the Police in New York have confirmed that they have arrested the man. It happens one day after they released images from the surveillance in order to get people help.
In the video you can hear the man say: ‘Who the hell are you talking to’, while he finishes the attack.
You can in the video and also hear a woman say, ‘Excuse me’ to the man, but he rises just of the train.
