Emmanuel Macron has recently toured France and participated in the general assemblies and debates with the thousands of mayors, in order to get the ”national counsel” that he initiated. The idea is to go Yellow vests to the meeting and collect concrete proposals for improvements in the small towns and rural areas where the movement has the strongest support.
