Vice President Harris fulfilled with South Korean President Moon Jae-in in the White House on Friday, with no involvement of President Biden, and the two appeared together to make a statement.

A bilateral meeting in the White House involving a U.S. vice president along with also a visiting head of state — accompanied by a combined look featuring both — is highly uncommon.

The episode included a photo-op of both Harris and Moon walking and speaking before the assembly, which comprised Moon and a number of his aides, also Harris and a number of hers.

Harris’ session with Moon wasn’t the first time that the vice president has spoken her with a world pioneer.

Back in April, Harris also welcomed Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga into the White House prior to the Japanese chief fulfilled afterwards with Biden.

Fox News couldn’t instantly hit the White House for comment regarding what she Moon discussed, however, Harris explained that”challenges which exist on the Korean peninsula” are on peak of the list.

She later submitted a Twitter message regarding the assembly.

“We talked about North Korea, international health, and the way we could deal with root causes of migration in the Northern Triangle. We look forward to working with President Moon to deal with challenges we confront.”

The vice president vowed in different opinions to operate with South Korea to market”a region that’s unconstrained by coercion.”

Harris’ vice presidency has played a considerable role in establishing U.S. overseas relations — a problem that was in the base of Biden’s presidential effort.

She’s also been tasked with addressing the”root causes” leading to the tragedy in the southern boundary, which has intended strengthening U.S. ties with Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala.

Harris will take her first global trip in June to Mexico and Guatemala in an effort to prevent the endless flow of migrants coming at the southern boundary.
