Families across the country sat ready in front of the television as the children’s Melodi Grand Prix race across the screen Saturday night.
But when the time came to vote, ran more families into trouble, as they would vote in the DR’s MPG-app.
On the Facebook page ‘MGP – DR’ recounts a number of frustrated parents that they could not get to register in the app, so that they and their children could put its votes.
When they tried to register, they were greeted to the following message.
‘Oops, we have a problem. Please try again later’.

And it fell not appear to be in good soil with the parents, that they had to resort to the sms-votes, which costs a penny plus regular sms tariff.
‘When you can’t be detected, you can’t vote! Crap app!’ writes the Rasmus on Facebook-ago.

Ekstra Bladet has tried to get answers on what has gone wrong, since many parents will not be able to register in the app.
DR, however, has not yet found a solution.
Magnus Banner, who is the editor of the MGP, writes, however, in an email to Ekstra Bladet, that you are aware of the problem and are investigating the case.
