The former Rødovre player Valeri Bragin must continue to stand in the forefront of Russia’s succesvante ishockeylandshold.
the 64-year-old Bragin is appointed new head coach of the country’s ishockeyflagskib, who has won the WORLD cup five times since the disintegration of the Soviet union in 1991.

As the asset was Valeri Bragin in 1989, the first freshman ever in Danish ice hockey, when he moved to Rødovre, and he was immediately a hit in the copenhagen forstadsklub.

Bragin also takes over the Kudashovs tasks as the head coach of the storklubben SKA Saint Petersburg in the russiskbaserede league LEROY.
The new coach can look forward to meeting Denmark at the WORLD cup next year, where the two nations have ended up in the same pool.
Bragins successor as coach of Russia’s greatest talents is in fact a legendary name in international ice hockey.
the New U20-coach is Igor Larionov, who in the 1980s was one of the stars of CSKA Moscow’s fearsome club team and the soviet national team.
After the fall of the Wall, he continued his career in the NHL, where he was to win the Stanley Cup three times with the Detroit Red Wings.
