Simon Hedlund no longer travel on Saturday with the Köpenickern to a training camp in Spain. The winger was replaced in the summer of 2016 from Elfsborg IF from Sweden to the Union. He had long been sure of a regular place, came this season under new coach Urs Fischer, but only four of the Starting eleven appearances in the League.
“It is the Express wish of Simon Hedlund to change in the Winter sports. Sporty and the finish is a shame, because Simon has a lot of quality. We wish him well for his future,“ said Union Director Oliver Ruhnert. The amount of the transfer fee was not disclosed.(dpa/Tsp)
