Clearly, Aulas and Textor will not go on vacation together. After rumors concerning the departures of Alexandre Lacazette and Corentin Tolisso leaked to the press, the former emblematic president of OL, as often, commented on the events via his X account (formerly Twitter).

In a tweet that he quickly deleted, the man who now sits on the FFF executive committee commented on these rumors, while criticizing the club’s strategy in terms of recruitment: “It’s a disaster! The problem is not them (Tolisso and Lacazette, editor’s note), it is the recruitments made by Louis-Jean (the director of recruitment of OL, editor’s note) who are at the L2 level and who were overpaid for the reasons that we now know!”. The Lyon recruitment director, who arrived at OL last June, does not seem to have attracted the favor of Jean-Michel Aulas. He had already signed a sensational exit a few months ago, before backpedaling and mentioning the hacking of his account.
