Aston Villa club have announced that their midfielder Boubacar Kamara is suffering from a cruciate ligament injury. The 24-year-old Frenchman came out during the match during his team’s defeat against the Red Devils this weekend (2-1).

According to the English press, this injury would mean the end of the season for the young Frenchman. Having only passed a first series of tests and x-rays, the environment will still have to be re-evaluated by a specialist in the days that follow. This injury compromises his chances of participating in EURO 2024 this summer in Germany.
