The European Parliament has accepted that some investments in nuclear plants and in gas-fired power plants to generate electricity are considered sustainable.
In the midst of a strong debate in Europe on the convenience of considering nuclear energy and gas green or not, with 278 votes in favor, 328 against and 33 abstentions, the objection to the European Commission’s proposal did not prosper in Parliament
