KPMG has reinforced its Deal Advisory area with the incorporation of five new partners: Jorge Solaun, Jaime Segimón, Virilo Moro, Kepa Santisteban and Eduardo Ledo, according to the company in a statement. They all have extensive experience in the corporate transactions market.
Jorge Solaun and Jaime Segimón join to consolidate the growth of Deal Advisory’s transversal energy and infrastructure group. Specifically, Solaun does so as a strategy partner with a special focus on ESG issues and Segimón in quality.
