Schalke 04-captain Weston McKennie has made headlines, after he is in Saturday’s Bundesligakamp against Werder Bremen had a special message on her anførerbind.

Here protested the american against the violent situation in the UNITED states, where 46-year-old George Floyd Monday died, after a police officer had been sitting with his knees on Floyd’s neck in connection with an arrest.

‘Justice for George,’ which in English is equivalent to ‘justice for George’. At the same time he spends on Twitter hashtagget ‘say no to rascism,’ why you can’t be in doubt that the Schalke star directly lashing out at people who put others of racism.

Here end the 21-year-old Schalke player’s frustrations, however, far from it. After the fight he went to the keys and expressed his clear position on the serious situation in the UNITED states.

‘It feels so good to use my platform to give attention to a problem that has existed for too long. We need to raise us up, for we believe, and I think that it is time that we are heard,’ writes Schalke-the captain, on his Twitter profile.

This is even despite the fact that coronapandemien is not yet over, but it is the people of the UNITED states apparently don’t care.

Back in the sitting Weston McKennie in Germany, where he naturally reside due to its important role in the German team. He therefore can only show his frustrations via the social media, which he quickly availed himself of.

Weston McKennie is just 21 years old. Yet he has already played 71 matches in the German Bundesliga, while he also contributed with three goals and four assists.
