Saturday, have they taken, what will be the last major scene, namely Elefantsletten in Knuthenborg safari park. Here they can enjoy themselves in the open expanse of the size of 21 football pitches.

Now they need to just be elephants to the end of their days, says Britta Riis, director of Animal Protection.
On the Elefantsletten the danes can experience the elephants splashing in the water, sandbade, water baths and wandering around in the great outdoors. Guests can run or walk around the entire facility with an unobstructed view.
– We are so happy that we finally have opened the doors for the danes. We have am very exited to welcome Denmark in order to experience the result of two years of work. Today is therefore a very special day. Guests have also been very happy, says Christoffer Knuth, director of Knuthenborg safari park.
