Allies for the smart home: Google, Amazon and Apple to one standard

“All for one, one for all”, would say now thinking about the smart home. Why Apple, Google, Amazon, and other “bog” of Silicon Valley have decided to join forces and create a connectivity standard, which is common for the smart homes, so as to simplify the lives of consumers. The initiative also belong to the other companies of the Zigbee Alliance (including Ikea, Samsung, SmartThings, Legrand/BTicino) .
