A group of police officers felt obliged to draw their guns during the riots in the Nørrebro district on Sunday afternoon.

It reaffirms Jesper Bangsgaard, who is vicepolitiinspektør by the Copenhagen Police, to Ekstra Bladet.

Riots broke out, after the ultra-around a government building which the head of the firm, Rasmus Paludan, Sunday afternoon was attacked during his demonstration at Blågårds Plads.

Paludan was taken away by the police, but the riots continued on Nørrebro, where the police are massively present.

the Police were even attacked with cobblestones and the other threw objects and used gas to disperse the rioters. Several reporters and photographers were also met with violence in the district and got smashed their equipment.

Shortly before the bell 19 had been more peace in the area, but police are still strong in numbers in the area.
