The first news was that four suspects were arrested, while 40 people were questioned by the police.
But the police later stated that the robbers are still at large, but their vehicle has been found.

It remains unclear as to how it managed the perpetrators to break through security at the airport, but it is not the first time. Two times in the past, there have been robberies at the airport in the Albanian airport.
Austrian Airlines has now announced that they will no longer accept that as large sums of money will be transported in their aircraft.
