Offered by Lidl Sentence in a very quick and healthy snack? Easier than these vegan energy bites is not. The blender in, and afterwards the freezer and ready! What do you need? (for 20 pieces)

100g oats
150 g cashew nuts
150 g dates (weighed without seeds), seeded and in large chunks
30 g chia seed
100 g peanut butter, creamy
big snuf salt

this is how you make it:

1. Put all the ingredients in a kitchen robot and mix until smooth. Stop occasionally to mix and make the edges clean, push everything back pretty down.
2. Roll about 15 balls of dough and place them on a tray or plate.
3. Put 15 minutes in the freezer so the balls can harden. You can then use them in a sealed jar in the fridge.
