American Director Spike Lee has moved in with his thank-you speech for his Oscar-tribute to the wrath of US President Donald Trump. Trump accused the African-American filmmakers on Monday to have him “racist” attacks. Lee was released on the eve of the Gala in Hollywood in a barely concealed appeal, Trump in the next year.
The Director was awarded for his racism-Satire “BlacKkKlansman” best screenplay based on a book template. In his speech, the thunderous applause acclaimed 61-Year-old spoke about the history of slavery in America, and appealed to the voters to ask the presidential election of 2020 “on the right side of history”.
The film-maker not named Trump at the name. He appealed to the citizens of the US, to meet in the coming year, “the moral choice” between love and hate. This was an obvious allusion to the President, whose rhetoric and administration, has deepened the political and social Polarisation in the United States.
Trump responded indignantly. He did more for the black minority than “almost any other” U.S. President before him, he tweeted. As examples, he cited the reform of the judiciary, the reductions fall in unemployment and the tax.
A similar attack actress Meryl Streep experienced after the Golden Globes 2017: they, Too, practiced in a speech of thanks harsh criticism of Trump, without naming him publicly. Promptly, the US President described the multiple Oscar-award winner on Twitter as “one of the most overrated Actresses” of our time.

Director Spike Lee has committed to in his work over the decades, the fight against racism. It was the first Time that he sat in the Oscar competition. So far he had received only an honorary Oscar-an award outside of the competition, this was four years ago. (with dpa)
