Normally, we would have the eyebrows frown in a viérde film of the same franchise, but Toy Story kicked it three times already come to a good end, so our confidence remains in life. Woody and his buddies come in a speelgoedoase that they have never visited: the carnival. Also fine: the shepherdess, Bo Peep, the sweetheart of Woody that we have been around since the first film has not seen, will also return.
The Secret Life of Pets 2 – July, an indefinite date
The sequel of the story about some beloved pets who are screwing around while the boss of the house is, unfortunately, still no official Belgian release date. We know however that we may expect in July.
Playmobil: The Movie – 7 August
Under the motto “what Lego can, we can also” come speelgoedmerk Playmobil this year with a feature film about their own characters. Those already shrugging want to continue scrolling, bow first, maybe a little about the voice cast, which quite a few big names counts: Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), singer Meghan Trainor and the new Queen frontman Adam Lambert.
Spies In Disguise – 14 August
For the impressive voice cast alone, including Tom Holland (Spider-Man: Far From Home) and Will Smith, we would go and have a look. But ‘Spies In Disguise’ promises, however, also one of the most original films of 2019. A secret agent goes a little too far with his undercover costume, and gets stuck in the form of… a dove.
Angry Birds 2 – 23 October
Although the first film is unfortunately described as ‘one of the biggest flops in animation of all time’, are the evil birds back for more. This fall, pull them up again to battle against the pigs.
