I have always been active and in shape, but I was naturally very skinny. My older brother teased me, because he naturally was more muscular, he continues.

In 2015 jumped Clayton Paterson out as a gay man, and he says that he thanks his trained body attracts men of all age groups.

– Aldersspændet among the men, I have datet, is quite wide, from 20’s to mid-50’s – it is as if it is always me who is the oldest, tells Clayton Paterson.

He does not find it difficult to maintain his weight, because he has always been slender, by nature.

– Since I have never been overweight or in bad shape, I have never had the challenge of ’trying to get in shape’. For me it has always been a matter of getting ‘more in shape’, says the 60-year-old fitness enthusiast.

– I feel fantastic – healthy and strong and I can still ski with my kids, swim long distances, ride a bike, play the piano and the bagpipe. As 60-year-old, I feel I have not yet, that there are no limits.
