With 21 years in the military. I had to shout every Morning about a place, and was always the Loudest. One day a PAL who was a professional musician told me I had the perfect song.

Then we have sung in the evenings together and play music. After the military I moved to Freiburg, and I have made during eight months of street music and lived.

Why street music?
All told me that I had a good voice, but I wanted some real Feedback from people who don’t know me. To make street music, for me, was the ultimate reality check, and a very good school, also to train my voice.
you have been compared to Joe Cocker. Honor or burden?
This is of course a huge honour. I don’t take it but so seriously, because people are always looking for a comparison. Although I have occurs once a record of Cocker’s at Woodstock, which has impressed me, but it’s actually other musicians inspire me.
What for example?
Rag’n’Bone Man, James Bay, Matt Corby, Billie Eilish or Post Malone.

What do you mean?
Free Jazz may be creative, but often very bulky. And Pop can be boring. I’m of different styles to be inspired and wants to – as it is Post Malone – the balancing act between audible Mainstream and edgy, not to clean Pop.
you are therefore Described their music as Raw Pop?
Exactly. The pop music that I do, to have corners and edges, as this is the Brit-Pop has. The American Pop is ground for my taste.

Yes! I just feel the music more when I can feel the Vibration of the bass under my bare feet. And the barefoot was to be my Ritual: Once I take off the shoes, let’s go to the Show for me.
