Best potato salad
9 large potatoes (fixed variety)
2-pack apple
2 pieces pickled
1/2 red onion
150 g mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
1 cup creme fraiche
2 tablespoons sweet mustard (home of the mustard)
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt and sugar
1. Boil the potatoes unpeeled until done.
2. Chop the apples, pickles and onions. Add in the mayonnaise, sour cream, creme fraiche and other spices.
3. Add in the cooled, cubed potatoes. Mix well and let marinade in the refrigerator for a few hours.
