100 g whitefish roe

2 cups cream

1 cup sour cream

3 tablespoons chopped, fresh dill

1 tablespoon lemon juice

freshly ground black pepper

garnish with lemon pieces and dill leaves

1. Lather the cream. Whisk the sour cream with cream foam.

2. Add whitefish roe, chopped dill and season the mousse with lemon juice and black pepper.

3. Need mini cocktail shells mätimoussen and decorate every morsel a small piece of lemon and dill leaves.
