– When our people came to the place, they saw a man who tried to keep a taxi, and patrol perceive it as that he is being towed by the car. it turns out to be the offended person, who tries to prevent the perpetrator to run away.
the Man who tried to keep the car, the car has received some damage and is seen to by a health care professional. Bulkhead says there are no serious injuries in connection with the incident. Police are looking for a supposed injured girl and found her a block away.
– She is unharmed, but doesn’t want to explain himself for us, ” says Bulkhead.
