A man in 20-years is sentenced to prison for having had sexual intercourse with a minor child, as well as to have obtained sexual intercourse in several cases by abuse of position, dependency or trust – both as a football coach and an institution for young people with abuse problems.
There are two offended in the matter.

Acquitted of murder after three years in custody

In the facilitated questioning the girl explained that they sat in the man’s bed to watch the movie, since he had no sofa or chairs in the bedroom. She explained that the man was lying under the covers, and he asked if she would also get under the blankets – which she did.
Furthermore, escalated it, and the man should have asked if she really wanted “here”, but the girl should not have given a concrete answer. After this, they had two sexual intercourse.
“More experienced”
the Court assumes that it was the adult man who took the initiative to sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl, and that it was man who ruled the how sexual intercourse was performed.
the Man confirmed himself in his explanation in court, but thought it was due to that he was more experienced, according to the judgment.
the Girl has later explained that she experienced sexual intercourse as unpleasant, and that she was not sure if she really would have sex with the man.
“Keep the relationship a secret.”
After an overall assessment of the evidence, however, places the right to the reason that the sexual interaction did not happen involuntarily.
According to the verdict, the girl should in retrospect have sought out the man to confront him with what happened. The girl experienced even to not get any good answers, and talk to him therefore again. She has explained that the visit ended with that the two had sexual intercourse a second time, she was believed on in the court.

He would not rule out the possibility that other case, the girl has explained about may have happened, but explained that he did not remembered the other incident.

“the Defendant was aware of his role of the coach towards the offended person, and have therefore understood that he exploited the position to acquire sexual intercourse”, states the verdict.
“Easy to talk”

– Considering the judgment
the Man has taken away from the girl’s explanation, but acknowledge that the two had contact. He says that the two may have håndhilst and hugged each other, but denies that there has been a sexual relationship.

In a text message to the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet writes the man’s defense, Tore Jetmundsen Rindedal, that they are not finished with vuderingen of the judgment, and that he therefore can’t answer about the man appeals the judgment.
It has not succeeded Dagbladet to get in touch with the prosecution in this case.
